You approve the lyrics and hear a real watermarked preview before paying, and every paid order includes two full no-watermark versions of your song.

Not happy anyway?

If the full song does not live up to the preview — wrong words sung, technical audio problems, missing delivery, or it simply misses the brief — reply to your delivery email or use the contact form within 14 days. We will regenerate it free, and if it still misses, we will refund you in full. No forms, no fuss.

What generally is not refundable

Taste is subjective and the preview exists so you can judge before buying, so “I changed my mind after gifting it” generally is not refundable. We are reasonable people though: write to us and we will sort it out.
