By using Your Story Sings, you agree to these terms.

The service

We create personalized AI-generated songs from the names, memories, style preferences, and instructions you provide. You review and lock editable lyrics, receive one guaranteed full-song watermarked preview, and may use one optional guided retry before purchasing. The retry can use another genre or one focused musical adjustment while keeping the locked lyrics and timing.

Your content and permissions

You confirm you have the right to share the names, stories, photos, messages, lyric edits, and other details you submit. Do not submit private information about someone else unless you have a lawful reason and permission to use it for a personalized gift.

Prohibited requests

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, exploitative, invasive, defamatory, or deceptive content.
• No copyrighted lyrics, poems, scripts, or melodies that you do not have the right to use.
• No requests to imitate a real artist, celebrity, private person, or copyrighted performance.
• No content intended for commercial advertising, political persuasion, fraud, or impersonation.

AI-generated music

Songs are generated with AI tools. Voices are synthetic and are not real artists. Results vary; that is why you can review lyrics and hear a preview before purchase. We may reject, modify, or refund requests that create legal, safety, or platform-policy risk.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown before checkout in U.S. dollars. A paid order is one personalized song with two full review recordings: the selected preview master becomes the Chosen preview recording and one New alternate recording is generated. Approval releases clean downloadable MP3s, lyrics, and a shareable gift page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on provider queues or manual review.

Personal license

After purchase and delivery, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes: gifting, private listening, family sharing, and personal social posts. This license does not transfer ownership or promise that the AI-generated composition is exclusive to you. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, advertising, paid promotion, sync licensing, or claiming exclusive authorship of the generated composition requires written permission.

Takedowns and rights complaints

If you believe a song, lyric, or gift page infringes your rights or uses your personal information without permission, use the contact form with the gift link and the issue. We may remove or disable access while we review the request.

Support, refunds, and fixes

If the delivered full song has wrong words, technical audio issues, or clearly fails to match the approved preview, use purchaser-authenticated aftercare within 14 days of the delivery timestamp recorded for the order. Email possession or a shared gift link alone does not authorize a remedy or refund. Requests open a saved case for human review; they do not automatically generate paid work or move money. Operators may record a reasoned service-recovery exception, and refunds are complete only after Stripe confirmation is reconciled.

Limits

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We may decline, remove, or refund orders at our discretion.
